Maintenance of ITP - a necessary measure that must be carried out with a certain frequency. Individual heat points are complex systems that include energy metering units, fuses, data collection devices, heat exchangers, pumping stations, shut-off valves, etc.
The cost of ITP maintenance is incommensurable with the economic results it brings. After all, this complex of simple works allows you to reduce energy consumption and production costs. In addition, if these measures are not carried out on time, a breakdown may occur, which will entail expensive and time-consuming repairs.

The slightest non-compliance with the rules of maintenance of ITP is unacceptable, therefore, professional and experienced employees of specialized organizations are required to carry out this procedure. In this case, the following actions must be performed:
- repair of damaged units;
- regular visual inspection of all nodes according to a pre-set schedule;

detailed inspection of protective, control and measuring automatic systems;

taking readings of accounting devices and their transfer to regulatory authorities;

elimination of all malfunctions when they occur;

preparation for the beginning of the heating season.
The cost of maintenance of ITP depends on the degree of wear, characteristics and power of the equipment. There are three cleaning technologies:

chemical for non-collapsible devices – at the same time, washing is carried out with a special chemical composition;

chemical cleaning of each element of the system separately in a special bath;
- an eco-friendly way of cleaning collapsible structures through the effect of air pulses.
Maintenance of installations
Autonomous and centralized systems are used for heating. The main elements of heating systems are boilers. During operation, harmful substances are inevitably deposited on their walls, which reduce the performance of boilers, accelerate their wear, increase the likelihood of accidents, loss of thermal energy and consumption of combustible material.The maintenance includes:

complex of planned and preparatory works for the season;

periodic inspection and monitoring of equipment operation;

adjustment and verification of devices and shut-off and control valves.
The service must be carried out both during the installation of new units and during their operation. In the first case, the adjustment is carried out by employees of the equipment manufacturer who have all the necessary licenses and certificates for carrying out such work.
One of the main maintenance tasks is to optimize the fuel combustion process. To achieve the best result, high-quality automation, water treatment and the use of the most suitable fuel for this boiler are required. With the complete combustion of the combustible mixture, much less harmful deposits are formed in the boiler, and fuel consumption is reduced by half.
After-sales service must be carried out strictly according to the established schedule. The frequency of events, depending on the facility and equipment, may vary from 1 time per day to 1 time per month.
This parameter depends on:
- from the heat exchangers themselves, since the order of their maintenance is set by the manufacturer;
- from the warranty period of the equipment;
- from the technical condition of the boilers and their maintenance equipment.
Maintenance can be inextricably linked both by time parameters and for technical reasons with maintenance work on the service.
At the same time, there are industries where the supply of hot water is continuously required, so there is a certain reserve of boilers, which must also be in working condition, so that in case of failure of a constantly working boiler, you can quickly switch to a reserve without stopping the production cycle. Factories and factories of such a plan have been built both in the capital and in its surroundings.
